How do I start an online brand in India?

Start with a written plan before you build anything. Check that you make money on every order after product cost, delivery, returns and ads. Launch with one hero product, combos and a launch offer. Set up a store that works on a phone, with UPI, cards and Cash on Delivery. Confirm Cash on Delivery orders on WhatsApp before you ship. Then plan where your first 100 orders will come from: friends and family, WhatsApp, Instagram, small influencers and ads.

What does an online brand agency do?

It sets up and runs the parts of selling online that you don't have time or skills for. Ours covers your store, fewer returned orders, monthly content, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google ads, and a monthly plan. We do it in front of you, so you learn to run it yourself.
