What we collect
If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send us. We use it only to reply and to help you with your brand.
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit this website and which pages they read. It uses cookies and shares this visit information with Google.
We use Meta's advertising tools to measure our ads and show them to people who visited this website. They use cookies and share visit information, including pages viewed and buttons clicked, with Meta.
If you book a call, Calendly handles the booking and we receive the details you enter there.
When you message us on WhatsApp
We use WhatsApp's business service, run by Meta. When you message our number, we keep your WhatsApp name, your number and our chat in our own customer system, stored on Google's servers in India. Only our team can see it. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of how we're helping you.
If you reached us from one of our ads, or from a WhatsApp button on this website, we note where you came from. For a website button, that means a short reference code added to your message, the page you were on, your browser and the ad you clicked, if any.
To measure whether our ads work, we tell Meta how an enquiry went: for example, that it became a good fit or a customer. We send your phone number only in scrambled (hashed) form, so it can be matched to an ad but not read. We never send the content of our chat.

What we don't do
We don't sell your information.
Your store and accounts
Everything we build is in your name. Your store, ad accounts, WhatsApp number and content belong to you.
