STORE CHECK-UP / FOR BRANDS THAT ALREADY HAVE A STORE
We go through your store the way a customer would — on a phone — and show you what's stopping people from buying.
01 / What you get
You pay: One-time. We'll tell you the cost, if any, before we start.
02 / What comes next
After your Store Check-up, we fix what's stopping people from buying, then help you bring in steady orders every month.
Confirm Cash on Delivery orders, check addresses and follow up when a delivery fails.
Ad photos, short videos, captions and a shoot list that helps you create useful footage.
Order updates, unpaid-cart reminders, reviews and messages that bring customers back.
A clear spending plan, tested ad versions and a weekly report on spend, orders and cost per order.
Your offers, festival calendar, store updates and monthly profit check, planned together.
Fewer Returned Orders is included in Store Setup, and can be a one-time service for an existing store.
03 / Who's behind it
FOUNDER / LEDWe co-founded CrazyRC and took it from ₹0 to ₹1 Crore in its first year. What we set up for you is what worked for us, and everything stays in your name.

We hand everything over properly: simple guides, all the templates, and help hiring your first marketing person or video editor. After handover, you call us only when you need us.
It sets up and runs the parts of selling online that you don't have time or skills for. Ours covers your store, fewer returned orders, monthly content, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google ads, and a monthly plan. We do it in front of you, so you learn to run it yourself.
